I love food. I love everything about it: its history, its impact to our culture & society, its preparation, among others. I’ve also tried many diets in the past, all with varying degrees of success. I’ve concluded that the real secret to weight loss and a healthy life is a diet of healthy foods, coupled with exercise. So this is my adventure and quest.
