Eats in Cambodia 7

On our last day in the field, we had breakfast at a different restaurant and we all regretted not doing so sooner. The Khmer Noodle Soup with Beef was amazing, and so was the Iced Coffee with Milk. We finished the last leg of the field work before 10 and soon after we traveled back to Battambang, on our way to Phnom Penh. We had lunch in Pursat, where we had some Fish Soup, Stir-fried Mustard Greens with Pork and Fish with Ginger Sauce. It was great, but not as great as the noodle soup I had for breakfast. Before dinner time we were in Phnom Penh, and I was back to eating bread & fruit in the solitude of my flat.
