Friday Food Shot 48

This is the pulled pork adobo that I made days ago. We keep it in the refrigerator. When I serve it, I brown some minced garlic on a mixture of butter and canola oil then add the pulled pork and stir-fry till there are crispy bits. Excellent with a sunny side-up egg, fried rice, and spicy vinegar.
