Friday Food Shot 3

Weeks ago we harvested coconuts from the trees we have in our backyard. After our fill of sweet coconut water, we didn’t know what to do with the coconut flesh. The mature flesh was ground for making coconut cream and latik, which was used when Mama made rice cake. The rest were shredded because Mama wanted buco salad. I suggested buco pandan instead and so we ended up making it.
